Three places where I visited

Everyday, I hear and listen many kinds of sound, but I usually do not listen to them carefully.
Today, I tried to listen carefully every sound that I can hear in three places for homework.
The first place where I visited is the library in Syracuse University. In the library, I heard the voices of people, the sound of quick light footsteps, a sound of dragging chairs and a sound of flipping through pages of books. All of sounds were indistinct because of the loud music from my I-pod.
The second place where I went is the parking lot which located in front of my apartment. I could hear a faint sound of engine, a noise of a car staring up, a sound of folding the plastic bag, a sound of knocking, a noise of wind and sound of turning signal. My key clicked as it turned in the lock. The doorbell went ding-dong.
Last place where I stayed is Turning Stone Casino. In the place, The hall is alive with chatter and laughter, and I heard many kinds of languages such as Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English. I heard sound of rumbling from my stomach, my heart beating in my chest, machine noise,a sound of clicking heels and a set of pipes. I was alarmed at the sudden noise from a man who set next me.
From the assignment, I realized that there are many kinds of interesting sounds which i often ignore. I decided to research and study many kinds of sound for my projects.

Three things that i most learned in class on last friday(Jan,22,2010)

On Friday morning, I went to FND111. At first, I had no idea about Time Art. After i finished the class, i learned many things about Time Art. First, I realized that audio, video and images are very important for Time Art. For example, people can feel strong emotion from audio and video. Second, I realized that people can describe and express everything through Time Art. Third, from videos which my professor showed me during the class, i thought that i have to practice and learn how to use the I-movie and Mac to make a great video with fantastic sound as other students did last year.
